A list of useful numbers, like a taxi contact, and a map of the bus system would have helped. The check-in system is annoying: you use a touchscreen with no front desk or staff nearby, and need one booking key plus two more keys for the building and apartment. The software got stuck because it assumed the default number of people. A friendly woman called and guided me through it, then called back; her number got me into the building, but apparently hadn't been updated for the apartment. It took 40 minutes, then everything was fine. A friendly person at a desk still has its charm. The apartment itself was clean, well equipped, and had a nice kitchen. It's right in the center of Granada, looks freshly renovated with taste, and could easily fit two adults and two or three kids.

Coming back each day to a perfectly cleaned bedroom was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I loved having a room with a balcony at Nest style. Amazing stay!

The room itself made odd noises, and the place was really loud, right on a busy street. Staff seemed disinterested, while the automatic check-in took ages and barely worked when scanning documents. Avoid it if you can.

I've stayed here several times, but this visit was a letdown. A staff member was on hand to help people use the check-in machine, and she was friendly and chatty. The problem was our bathroom, which had a really awful drain smell. We had to keep the door shut. Really bad.
