The location is the strongest point, and the penthouse could be nice with some care. As it is, though, it feels neglected. The furniture on its terrace is very worn and needs cleaning, while the shared rooftop has Alhambra views but is abandoned and cluttered with forgotten junk. There's junk in the entrance closet too, so it's unusable. The shower curtain is old and dirty. In the kitchen, the only outlet is over the stove and doesn't meet safety regulations. There is air conditioning but no Wi-Fi. It also needs a juicer, electric coffee maker, proper toaster, more kitchenware, napkins, and toilet paper.

The apartment itself was fine, and being centrally located was convenient. The bars directly below made it very noisy, though. There isn't an elevator, and the stairwell was dirty and smelled awful.

Everything was clean and comfortable, and the price was excellent for what you get. The location puts you right in the middle of Granada, with restaurants just outside and public parking close by.

Awful customer service. They answer the phone just to hang up on you.
