The place was clean and well looked after, with lots of food and drink options a short walk away. It’s also handy for both Malasaña and Chueca. For a stay booked without any personal contact, it turned out to be a remarkable lodging experience.

There was barely room for our suitcases, and the apartment wasn’t comfortable for a family. I booked the standard apartment listed as 45 m2, but the room felt like it was only about 27 m2, roughly half the stated size. At this price, there are many better hotels in Granada. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and when we asked for fresh towels they brought them quickly. They also offered a discount for the nearest public car park. The location is ideal, with the attractions and market all within walking distance.

We had the apartment with a terrace, and it was great to eat under the umbrella and spend the evening outside. Everything was very clean, and the instructions arrived beforehand and were clear and detailed. For parking, it’s much better to book ahead with the telepark app. It needs a Spanish IP to work, but we got parking for 14 euro a day, five minutes away.

It’s in a quiet spot, yet close to Granada’s historic centre. The apartment was comfortable and seemed recently renovated. The property manager was easy to reach and gave us complete, detailed information.
