We paid over 300 euros and got no refund or fix from management. We couldn’t stay more than one night, so we had to book another hotel that same day, which was expensive. It ruined our holiday in Granada, and recovering from the pinched nerve is going to cost me a fortune. I’m still seeing a physiotherapist and taking painkillers for it. I’ve included photos as proof. The sofa springs were broken and pinched a nerve. There was damp on the ceiling, floor, and skirting boards, and the toilet smelled awful. The bathroom door wouldn’t open or close properly because of water damage, and the washbasin drawer wouldn’t work either. The photos bore little resemblance to the flat as we found it and looked many years old. There was no upkeep, even the plant was covered in months of dust. We told the owner about all of it and asked for a solution. He said he didn’t know about any damage and couldn’t give us answers. Basically, he didn’t believe us, and we weren’t reimbursed.

Really comfortable apartment, and the street is quiet, so it’s easy to relax. It works well for two or more people since the extra bed is big and nice too. Well equipped, so you can keep your usual routine while visiting.

Paseo de los Tristes is just a minute away on foot, and Calle Elvira takes about five minutes. It’s also a 7-8 minute walk to Mirador de San Nicolás, with a pleasant little stroll through the streets. The apartment is tucked into a quiet alley and has a comfortable bed and everything we needed for a few days. We left the car at Triunfo and used the Granada blue zone parking app, paying for tickets as we went. The C31/C32 circular bus drops you there in about 10 minutes, and the stop is only a two-minute walk from the apartments, so there’s no need to worry about the car. Those buses are handy for getting around the old town and the rest of Granada. We’ll definitely stay here again. 100% recommended for visiting the historic center and beyond. Thank you.

We were traveling with small children, and the apartment’s condition made the stay especially difficult. We contacted the accommodation several times to try to sort things out but got no reply. With no response and the place in such poor shape, we had to rent somewhere else for the next night, which meant extra cost and hassle. We wouldn’t come back or recommend it. There was mold in several rooms, including on the shower curtain, and damp on the walls, with some parts literally crumbling away. The sink kept leaking, and the toilet seat was loose and shifted around. When we opened the living room sofa bed, there was a bra left by previous guests, which didn’t give us much confidence in the cleaning. We were also freezing. The living room air conditioning/heating unit was blocked and didn’t work, and there was no heating in the bedroom. A very disappointing experience.
