Bibo Casa de los Neveros

The Alhambra at night was a dream, and the apartment itself was immaculate, roomy, and really comfortable. Everything worked, and I loved the welcome wine. The decor felt a little too neutral to me, with no paintings or watercolors despite all the beautiful art around Granada, but the place was still spectacular. One small tip, I had trouble locating check-in because a pharmacy shared the address, though it was very close by. Highly recommended.

The good parts were the clean, disinfected bathroom, a kitchen equipped for breakfast, lunch, and tea or coffee, a comfortable sofa bed, and a TV that worked. Reception was very helpful and let us store our luggage for a couple of hours on our last day while we went sightseeing. I would recommend the place and might come back, but it doesn't live up to the advertising enough for five stars. The hot water ran out fast. A three-minute shower was fine, but after coming in cold and wanting a longer one, the next person was left with cold water. The Alhambra-facing window didn't give the spectacular view described in the listing. The other windows looked onto an inner courtyard used to access the different homes, so people there could see in if the windows were open, including when you came out of the bathroom.

We could leave our bags at another spot in Plaza Nueva and keep sightseeing, which was handy. The apartment was well situated, nicely decorated, and had very comfortable beds. My two issues were that open windows left us visible to anyone, and there were no bars to stop someone entering. Also, the hot water seemed to run out pretty quickly. Apart from that, it was great.

The room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were friendly. It's lovely to lie in bed and see the Alhambra Palace. Getting there with a suitcase is hard, though. If you'll check in after 5 PM, it's best to email ahead with your arrival time.
