The cathedral and the other sights are easy to reach from here, so it's a great base for exploring the city. For the price, you really can't do better. My room was very clean and everything looked new. The staff were awesome and very accommodating. There's an elevator and a kitchen too.

Parking was a problem. There's no parking, street spaces are practically nonexistent, and getting to the place is difficult unless you use the expensive local garage. The room had no window, just one shaft leading to a chimney, literally, at a nearby restaurant. We had to keep it closed all night. One upside is that coffee and tea are free, though we didn't try them, so I can't rate them.

The location made it easy to walk to the main attractions in the city center. I stayed two nights with my daughter, and we were generally happy with our stay. The clean, cozy room had a slight sewage smell at times, which was the only downside. We also really appreciated the fully equipped shared kitchen for making proper meals, plus the free water, tea, and coffee. A convenient choice for a short stay.

Room 301 had a double bed, great lighting, and good windows that kept out the light well. It was comfortable and very quiet at night. The place was renovated in 2023, everything looked shiny and new, and it was super clean. The keyless locks on all the doors worked excellently, and the common kitchen was well equipped. The location is very good, and booking directly is a bit cheaper than through booking. Recommended.
