We’re dealing with severe damage from the DANA storm in the province of Málaga, and we’re isolated without power or water, with a lot of damage around us. After waiting until yesterday, we got in touch with the person handling our apartment booking to ask about postponing or any option besides losing everything we paid. The answer from management was that neither cancellation nor a later date was possible, so we’d lose all our money. They’ve shown no regard for what we’re facing, and apparently the money matters more. That’s the wonderful management, empathy, and humanity we were offered. Regards.

The DANA (Dana) has left our towns in Málaga with serious material damage. We’re safe personally, but our homes have lost electricity, belongings are gone, and there’s water everywhere. We’d been excited to enjoy this trip with our family, but circumstances outside our control stopped us from going. When we asked for help, they said it wasn’t their problem and offered neither a refund nor the option to move the stay to another weekend. There’s very little empathy here. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment, it’s badly managed.

Our town has been cut off after the Dana incident in Malaga, and we’ve lost most of what we own. Even after explaining what happened, the establishment still won’t return the money we paid. I find that response degrading, unkind, and completely lacking in understanding at an already difficult time. It’s disappointing and inhumane to show such indifference just to get paid. I wouldn’t use their services or book with them again.

We were meant to stay this weekend, but the DANA storm in Malaga means we can’t travel. We’re devastated and have lost most of our belongings, with no electricity. They haven’t offered any way to resolve this or even a refund. Given everything happening, I find it inhumane that these events are being questioned and that no solution is being offered. I hope people avoid booking with such unempathetic people.
