Eurostars Gran Vía Hotel

We’d happily return to Eurostars Gran Vía. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and a powerful shower. Service was warm and friendly from the moment we arrived, and staff were always ready to help. Breakfast had a good range of fresh food and was well organised. The hotel is right in the heart of Granada, so the main sights, shops and restaurants are easy to reach on foot. It was a pleasant stay and good value for the quality and service. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Granada.

The location on the Gran Vía is good, but there was a sewer smell throughout the hotel. Traffic noise and people in the street continued all night. Our room felt cramped, and the bathroom was uncomfortable for travellers. The customer service for show and attraction tickets wasn’t useful. They pointed us toward places that weren’t good. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Lovely rooms, a spa, and a rooftop bar with views of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, all for great value. The location is central too. If you’re visiting Granada, you must stay here. I’m going to book this Eurostars hotel chain wherever I travel from now on. 10/10.

I booked the hotel for the 12th to the 14th, but the cancellation policy was awful. I’d arranged trains from Madrid to Málaga and from Málaga to Granada. Then I found out the Málaga trains were cancelled because of an accident, and the Granada trains were cancelled due to bad weather. Given those urgent circumstances, I asked to cancel on the 10th. They cancelled the booking but gave me no refund.
