It was 38 degrees during my stay, and the air conditioning wasn’t working. The room was dirty when I arrived, and noise isolation was nonexistent. Old water pipes made incredibly loud sounds whenever anyone used a bathroom or ran water, making it impossible to sleep. The hotel is extremely outdated. Reception staff didn’t speak English and were borderline rude the whole time. I wanted to pay by card but was forced to pay in cash, and they gave me no receipt. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I genuinely would have preferred sleeping on the street. Avoid at all costs.

The staff were really friendly, and the location is super central, within a 10-minute walk of everything. The room was tiny, though, with barely enough space to move. It had a toilet, but the water kept running, and the shower didn’t control the flow very well. Still, it worked fine for a couple of nights since we were out all day and only came back to sleep.

We arrived to find the room unclean, and opening the drawers at bedtime turned up plenty of surprises. In the morning, we took a closer look, and it was still dirty. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned either, and the toilet seat was stained with urine. The photos speak for themselves. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

A pleasant, affordable place. Josemi on the night shift was the best part, one of the kindest people we’ve ever met. He helped us carry the baby stroller upstairs every night.

We rested really well, and the service was excellent. It isn’t luxurious, but it has everything you need, and the receptionists were incredibly generous. When we urgently asked them to call a taxi and they couldn’t get one, the owners drove us to the bus station in their own car. We were very grateful, though don’t expect that as a hotel service. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended, and THANK YOU!!!
