Our double room was spacious, and Juanma, the daytime concierge, went above and beyond. He answered our questions, explained parking and hotel amenities, and gave us useful tips for the city. The evening and night concierge, unfortunately, was cold and dismissive in a way I haven’t experienced at a hotel in a long time. Bring your own toiletries, drinks and snacks, since these aren’t readily available there.

We enjoyed our three-night stay. The location was convenient for walking or taking the bus, the receptionists were friendly, and we were very happy with the rooms.

Manuel at reception made us feel very welcome. He explained what the hotel offers and shared tips on sights to see and places to eat delicious food. They also kept our luggage the next day, which was a big help. We really enjoyed the room and the service. The hotel is right in the center, close to shops and a bus stop, yet we couldn’t hear the street noise. The room was just perfect. We’ll definitely come back, thank you!

The location was perfect, but what really made our stay was the lovely, helpful guy at the desk. He pointed us to some great places to eat and visit, and that made a real difference. Thanks so much.

We spent two nights here and had a great stay. The accommodation and service were the best I’ve experienced, and we left with really good memories of the place. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I hope others visiting Granada stay here too.
