The location worked well for Plaza Bib Rambla and the main tourist spots, and there's a nice courtyard to use. I stayed in one of the smaller apartments, which had a big bathroom, kitchen, sofa that could sleep one person, and a TV. The AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable, though the bedding is getting a little old. The apartments are good and clean. What really sets them apart is being able to reach a front desk around the clock at the associated hotel, about 200 meters away.

Good location and nice hotel staff, but the apartment wasn't that clean, honestly. I had to wash the dishes, plates, and other kitchen utensils properly before using them. For a longer stay, some small practical things were missing, like scissors, a fresh dish sponge, and a kitchen towel. We used a bathroom towel to dry our hands. A roll of kitchen paper would also help keep the kitchen and table tidy. The shower cabin was a very awkward experience. There are chairs inside, and I don't know who would sit on them. They take up so much room that you can barely move while showering. See the photos. At 100 euros a night, I don't think it was worth it, maybe for less.

In a beautiful city, this was an elegant, well located place to stay. Modern, clean, and cozy, with parking available, which matters in Granada.

We had a confirmed two-night booking for August 2025, made back in December 2024, and arrived in Granada after an eight-hour drive only to find Hotel Las Nieves shut for renovations. The workers said they'd been there for three months and couldn't get in touch with anyone. We were four girls from Bilbao, and had been told to collect the apartment keys at the hotel, which sits in a pedestrian zone where hotel guests can drive in. The day before, I'd messaged through Booking.com to confirm our arrival time and got no reply. I called several times, but the number wasn't working. I also found the hotel's email to give our arrival time and confirm a parking spot, but heard nothing. Booking.com told us they had only found out a few hours earlier. Apparently the hotel had said it wasn't taking new reservations anymore, but hadn't explained what should happen with existing bookings. Nobody even bothered to answer me. We had to arrange another place to stay through Booking.com while there, then find a different garage that cost considerably more than the one at Hotel Las Nieves. We also had problems with the police and town hall because cars can only access this Granada hotel if the driver is a guest and provides the license plate number for verification with the town hall. We'll see how that gets resolved. We lost a significant part of our holiday and had extra expenses and headaches because of all this. I can't believe Hotel Las Nieves, which manages bookings for the Las Nieves tourist apartments, didn't contact us about the closure. Their negligence and lack of professionalism are beyond belief. We won't book with them again, and I'll tell everyone I know to avoid considering them.
