The receptionist just shrugged when I explained they hadn't provided the safe, quiet place to sleep that was all I wanted. She said she couldn't refund the room, then charged us €22 for parking. Charging the electric car was free, at least. Our room, 1112, smelled of sewage, and we seemed to be the only ones surprised by it. The night guard came up, checked it and moved us straight to another room. That meant moving our two young kids in the middle of the night, and of course they didn't just fall back asleep. The walls were paper thin as well, with plenty of noise from other rooms. I wouldn't recommend this place and won't return.

A lovely new hotel in Granada, about a 20-minute walk from the city center. Worked perfectly for our group!

We had a great stay with our baby. Even though we got our room late, the receptionist helped us get a crib. The room was very clean and spacious.
