The location couldn’t have been better, and the apartment has been renovated really nicely. We loved staying here and would recommend it.

For what it costs, the service and supplies were stingy. On a three night stay for two, we got four coffee pods, two decaf, one large and one small towel each, a laundry capsule, and a dishwasher capsule. There was just one roll of toilet paper, so we bought more ourselves. The bed had only a top sheet, plus a sheet too small to tuck in, and no blanket or duvet cover. The shower leaked into the hallway, and the warped door frame made it look like this happens regularly. There could be mold under the wet wood too. Online check-in was awful, with emails back and forth and requests to send different ID documents by email. Don’t stay here unless you’re happy camping, with a flooded bathroom and hallway whenever you shower and bringing your own toilet paper.

WARNING, this place is a scam and extremely dangerous. There was no air conditioning in 104 F, 40 C heat. With a small child, that was a health hazard. We paid over 200 euros and got no help or refund. Customer service from Germany was horrible, and there was nobody local to help. We had to go to another hotel because it was too dangerous, and lost our money. Please don’t put yourself or your family at risk.
