The customer service team was poor and offered no compensation, even though the service fell short for a high-priced aparthotel. The stay itself was very uncomfortable because of a strong sewage smell in both the living room and bedrooms. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the Wi-Fi didn't work, so we had to pay for extra EU roaming data ourselves. Do not stay here!

Granada's streets are wonderful to walk around, and it was a relief to come back to cold air conditioning during the hot summer. Our apartment-style place was clean and pretty great, with a cozy living room that felt like our own little theater. The staff were excellent, and we walked to one of the best restaurants we ate at, recommended by the gentleman who helped us at the front.

There was a massive bed, cozy furnishings and a spotless, well-kept suite with everything we needed, including kitchen basics. The location made exploring easy, with restaurants, bakeries, shops, taxis, the route to AlHambra and the centre all nearby. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it for a convenient, comfortable visit.

The room was beautiful and spacious, and the location was perfect, but it was very hard to find without directions in advance. Hot water ran out after one person filled the lovely bathtub and a second person showered. The third guest had no hot water, even the next morning, which was pretty appalling. We also had to set up the sofa bed ourselves. Reception staff seemed to do the bare minimum, just check-in and check-out.
