The Wi-Fi was pretty good, and the location in Granada is great. The space works best for five people; with seven, two have to use the sofa bed. There’s only one bathroom, it’s cramped, and the hot water is enough for three people. For parking, you need to use a private garage about 15 minutes away, at €15 a day. The walls are so thin that street noise can keep you from sleeping at all.

Being close to Plaza Nueva and the nightlife was a real plus, and the price was good since we booked well ahead. But for an apartment meant for seven, the living room had just four chairs, an armchair, and a sofa bed, which made breakfast difficult. There was only one bathroom, and although we knew that beforehand, we hadn't expected it to be so small. Bathroom linens were incomplete, and the only mirror in the whole place was in that bathroom.

The cleaning was poor, there weren't enough towels for four, and the kettle had mold inside. The shower drain was so slow that the water rose above my ankles every time I tried to shower. We called to ask if someone could fix it, and a plumber was supposed to come. A day later, with no update, they said it just drains slowly and still drains. I couldn't finish showering while trying to clear it. It's disgraceful. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The apartment's hygiene and amenities were adequate, but maintenance seemed neglected: the towel rack was coming loose from the wall, and better soundproofing would make a big difference to guests' sleep. The only real plus was the location. Staff organization was very poor, and it didn't seem like my experience was a one-off. Check-in takes place about 15 minutes from the apartments, which is inconvenient with lots of luggage. Their partnered garage has such a low entrance that some vehicles can't get in. With the hassles and possible extra costs caused by poor planning, the value for money didn't feel fair.
