The bed was comfortable and the room was fine, but I had no view from the window. Noise carried through the thin-seeming walls, and I could hear people quite loudly until late, as if they were in the hall even though they were in their rooms. Not a good pick if you’re sensitive to noise.

The reception service was excellent, and the hotel is well located. Breakfast was poor for the price: no eggs or alternative milk. The woman serving in the breakfast room was rude and unwelcoming, seeming bothered by guests and unwilling to help. If you’re lactose intolerant or want a different kind of milk, bring your own, and don’t expect a friendly response if you ask.

I spent seven nights at Reino de Granada, and the reception team were so friendly and helpful with all my requests. The hotel is wonderfully placed near the Metro and an easy walk from the center. Many thanks to everyone on staff. I’d gladly recommend staying here.

Parking was easy, right in front of the hotel for 12.50 a day, and it made things simple. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfy, and the staff very friendly. It was clean and about a ten-minute walk to the town center. Breakfast cost 7 euros and was average. I recommend it.
