We had a city view and a little terrace on the fourth floor, and our king bed was super comfortable. The room had everything we needed, and the hotel lobby was modern, beautiful and clean. Staff at reception were professional, kind and helpful. Breakfast was top notch, like at all the NH hotels. It’s my favorite hotel chain in the EU, and it never disappoints. Everything from the sights to the shops and restaurants is right around you. LOVE this hotel. I’d most definitely stay again!

The staff service was good, the bed and other things were clean, and the location was a plus. It’d be better for guests if the room had slippers. Anyway, NH hotel was good to make a reservation.

We had a junior suite, so it was nice having such a large living room area. The rooms were kept in very nice condition, and the hotel is beautiful, in a great location, with a really friendly staff. I highly recommend staying here, even as someone with high expectations who can be very picky.

The breakfast could be improved, but our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were warm, helpful and always smiling. A special thanks to Alberto for arranging the quiet room we requested. We stayed two nights at nh collection, right in the city center, and on Palm Sunday we watched a procession that carried on until nearly 11pm. The main streets were packed with people looking excited and full of anticipation. Muchas gracias Alberto!!

The hotel is spotless and peaceful, even though it’s close to everything in the city center. Fresh flowers and lovely decor made the lobby feel elegant and welcoming. The reception team were polite, friendly and very helpful, and made us feel at home. Visiting the Alhambra and staying here were two highlights of our holiday. The thoughtful touches made the stay really enjoyable. Highly recommended!
