I added breakfast even though it wasn’t included with my room, and was glad I did. There was an excellent selection. Prices seemed quite reasonable for the charm and location, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is tucked just off the main route through Granada’s old town. A few steps take you into a quiet square that feels removed from the bustle. The building is beautiful, apparently dating back to the 16th century. Its enclosed old courtyard now serves as reception and a lounge, with wooden balconies overhead and other period details alongside modern touches like air conditioning and lifts. My room was clean and comfortable. It’s well placed in the old town and fairly close to the Alhambra. Soundproofing could be better: I heard people returning to nearby rooms, though it didn’t keep me awake for long. A very charming place, and I’d recommend it.

The location is superb. We got excellent value through the promotion we booked, and appreciated the cava, chocolates, and rose petals in the room. Staff helped with arrival, answered our questions, and stored our luggage. Given what must be a challenging infrastructure, everything was well looked after and worked properly.

The front desk really made a difference. They gave me a detailed map for walking around and explained good ways to explore the city, which was especially helpful as a visitor. My room was clean and warm, with effective radiator heating, and felt cozy. The bathroom stayed humid for a while after a shower, though, so better ventilation would help. The hotel sits in a quiet corner but is still conveniently close to the main sights. I had a very pleasant stay and recommend it for the calm setting, comfort, and helpful service.

We had a comfortable room with a view of the Alhambra, and the location was handy for shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and their luggage storage system worked nicely both before check-in and after checkout. It’s a beautiful historic property. Breakfast had a good selection of breads, cheese, fruit, and more, with vegetarian-friendly options.
