Miriam made our short trip much easier by sending a full list of ideas for things to do and places to eat. We were only in Granada for two days and didn't get to try everything. She was so friendly, always available, and clearly cared about her guests. The other people we met at the hotel were lovely and professional too. We stayed one night and had a fantastic time. The place was beautiful and clean, and our room had a balcony with views of the Alhambra. We couldn't have chosen a better place and will book it again next time we're in Granada. Thank you so much!

The location was hard to beat, and the rooms and shared bathroom were spotless. From our balcony, we could even see the top of Alhambra, which was splendid. We spent two nights here, and I still can't get over how perfect it felt. We were lucky to meet two ladies soon after arriving, and both were so kind and thoughtful.

The rooms were modern and meticulously clean, with everything needed, including fast internet. The shared bathrooms were modern and clean too, with good shower heads and strong water pressure. There were enough bathrooms for the rooms, and I could always find a clean one with a lock. I loved the location, an easy walk to shops, great food, and spectacular landmarks. The woman running the place also went out of her way to help me sort out a glitch during my trip.

Myriam was lovely and helped us get our bearings in the city. The family suite was clean and recently renovated, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette and a private bathroom, and it sits right by the lower entrance to the Alhambra. We knew in advance there was no lift to the third floor, so that was fine. Just make sure you arrange your check-in time with the staff, since we only saw someone when we arrived. The AC was the one real problem. We couldn't control it, and the room was hot at night. We were told heating and AC were controlled for the whole Piso, and apparently it wasn't considered hot enough to lower the temperature. We weren't even sure it was on. Opening the windows didn't help because of the street noise and people shouting drunkenly in the middle of the night. We were there for two nights at the end of May.
