They ignored several emails I sent asking about the distance from the airport and how many people the room could take. There was confusion over the country destination, which could have been avoided if they'd replied, and they have refused to refund my money. Given how they've handled this, I can't recommend them.

The staff are rude, and they aren't honest about the final price. If you have another option, don't choose this one.

There were no blankets for the beds, even though it was winter, and it was quite cold. The only air conditioner was portable, so it couldn't heat both rooms. I also couldn't tell whether the sheets were clean. The water heater was broken and leaking, and they dealt with it by putting a bucket underneath. The toilet was disgusting, the shower was awful, and there was barely any hot water. Dust covered the furniture, and rubbish under the sofa made the €15 cleaning fee hard to believe. The entrance stairs looked as if they hadn't been cleaned either. I rented the apartment for New Year's Eve, and it was a disgraceful disappointment. The photos looked nothing like the place we arrived at. Of all the hotels and apartments I've stayed in, this was easily the worst. For the money they charge, it should have been spotless. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If someone still wants to book, at least they know what to expect.

Picking up and dropping off the keys was convenient, and the location and price were positives. The apartment smelled bad and was generally dirty. There were stains on the sheets and sofa, the living room chairs were broken, and the bathroom lighting was poor. The water heater was broken, so we couldn't shower because there wasn't enough hot water, and the help we got with that was minimal or nonexistent. Noise from people leaving the nightclub downstairs at 7 a.m. was another problem, especially Fridays and Saturdays. And that €15 extra cleaning fee for cleaning that hadn't happened? -100 for that.
