We ended up changing hotels. The manager didn't listen when we explained that there were four of us, all pensioners with heart problems, and our rooms were on the second floor, up 46 steps with no lift. My bed was broken, and when I complained, the manager said I should have looked before booking. There were no towels, soap, or toilet paper in the bathroom either. I strongly recommend against booking this hotel.

We'd seen some bad reviews and expected less, but this was better than we thought. For a basic night or two, it has what you need: good Wi-Fi, a clean room, good air con, a fairly comfortable bed, and a great location. There's also a place to store your bags before check-in or after check-out. Don't let the negative reviews put you off, you get what you pay for.

We couldn't sleep all night. You can hear the next rooms, the toilets, and all the street work. The building is very old and ugly, and the staff were unfriendly and rude. We left for another hotel even though we'd paid for the whole weekend. Avoid this place.

My room was small and had no windows, and the staff were very unhelpful. When I had to change my travel plans and leave early, they wouldn't refund the unused nights. I gave them 48 hours' notice, which seemed like plenty of time to book someone else.

It's in a good location and was quite clean, but my third-floor room near the WC was very noisy. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the receptionist didn't seem to care or fix it. I won't be back.
