We booked at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The shower was huge, probably my favorite part, and the location was perfect. Parking uses a car elevator, which was an interesting idea, though the space was tight. Everything about the hotel was great.

The pool wasn't huge, but it was just right for cooling off after a day exploring Granada. Having a laundry room was useful too, and the hotel seemed well looked after. Nights were peaceful, so we got excellent rest. Our room was roomy, spotless and well equipped, and the front desk welcomed us warmly and helped whenever we needed something. Even small requests were handled quickly and kindly. The hotel felt worth its category, with very good value for money. We'd happily recommend it and stay again next time we're in town.

For the price, the facilities were honestly good, and it's hard to find this much space in Granada. One young woman at the desk was especially kind and helped us with parking. She was the best employee there. Another front desk worker, a middle-aged woman with glasses, was the worst I've met on my trip to Spain. She was consistently unkind about even small questions, and the way she spoke made us feel bad about staying there and about Granada. If you never come back to Spain, it might be because of her. It was 27°C in October and felt over 30°C. I told her the air conditioning wasn't working and warm air came out, but she said it would be fine if I turned the system off at 9 pm, and that it was safe and cool to open the window. When I asked to change rooms, they said they'd move us the next day. The pool was closed too. I also asked for another towel, but was told they'd give me one tomorrow because it was clean. The worst experience of my Spain trip.

We were lucky to get a parking spot under the building. Driving around those narrow streets was tricky, but the printed directions they sent helped us find the place easily. There are shops, restaurants and a small grocery store nearby, and we could walk everywhere while exploring Granada. The apartment was large, modern, clean and quiet, with a very comfortable king bed and plenty of hot water. I liked being able to make breakfast and coffee before heading out. Just know it's not a BnB that supplies cooking oil and other basics, so you'll need to buy them yourself. I loved staying here and look forward to coming back.

The location is great, close to everything. Parking costs €22 a day and is very tight, so it may not suit a large car. They put us in room 405 even though they knew it smelled bad. By the second day we'd had enough and asked to move. The room two floors down was fine, but I wasn't impressed that they knowingly put guests in the smelly room. These spacious suites, with a kitchen and sofa bed, would work well for families or groups. For just a couple, all that space isn't really necessary.
