The reception and service were very nice, and the staff there aren't to blame. But honestly, this place needs to be avoided. The room had no fridge, the window faced a wall and let no air through, and the air conditioning was off at night during summer in Granada. Maybe I just got unlucky with neighbors, but mine were yelling at 08:00. There was no sound insulation at all, and even with the door locked, light came through as if it were open. It cost 15€ per person per night, so I was already a little suspicious, but this was worse than I expected. If I had an enemy, I'd give them a few nights here. At least be upfront about what the place is like.

The place itself was good, but beware of the €1000 deposit. I stayed from January to July 2019, and it still hasn't been returned. They keep telling me they will pay it back, but haven't. It's been 2 YEARS.

It has the feel of a student house where you can stay longer among other young people, and it's a really cool place. Our room did smell of smoke, unfortunately, but everything else was very nice.

The children were really surprised by how kind the football player was. He showed them some videos about football and told them about his life. They really enjoyed that event.
