The whole place had a captivating atmosphere, and the older building made our room feel genuinely special. The location was excellent, and every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast costs extra, but it was really tasty and worth paying for. We'd happily come back and recommend it.

We appreciated how kind and welcoming the staff were. The front desk team spoke English well, suggested useful places to see around the city, and even booked our taxi to the airport. Our room was spotless, with housekeeping every day. They made everything easy, and we'd definitely recommend staying here.

What makes this hotel memorable is its old character: built in 1505, it still has carved posts, ancient pillars, and public areas open to the sky. It feels peaceful inside, even though the lively riverside walk is only a stone's throw away. The location is also a wonderful base for exploring Granada. There's no fancy tech, but for an interesting place to stay, this is hard to beat.

We had a quiet stay and slept really well. The hotel has lovely decor, free Wi-Fi with a strong, reliable connection, and reasonable rates. It's in the Albaicin neighbourhood, with plenty of places to eat and shop right nearby, and we could walk to the city centre and the Alhambra. The front desk is staffed around the clock, and everyone was helpful and courteous. The hotel also sent all the parking details ahead of time, so I knew how to reach it and what to do.

We loved the historic feel of this place. It's set in a 15th-century palace or house built around a small central courtyard, with a charm that's completely different from a new chain hotel. The staff were warm, kind, and helpful, and they were cheerful and funny too. At breakfast, the host made the buffet and set everything out with real care. A lovely, original hotel in a great central spot.
