It’s easy to get to the beach and nearby areas, and the plaza is accessible. There isn’t much to see, but it’s worth stopping for ice cream on a hot day and enjoying the view of Montaña Roja. It’s a typical town plaza with an amazing view, across the road from the beach, and has a Gelato and coffee shop, a bar, and a few restaurants. A good place to take a break or look for parking.

Families will find a great play area alongside this well-used public space. It sometimes hosts the Artisan Saturday market when another event is using the main plaza.

The restaurant sits right in the traffic. I enjoyed the fish of the day, though the portions were small. Beer sizes weren't listed, and the beers were 250 ml.

Plaza Roja is a big square with cafes and restaurants around it, plus a very good ice cream shop. The Saturday market and music festivals are held there sometimes.
