I can count on the restaurant for both good food and good service, even when it's busy. There's a solid choice of local wines, and the lamb ribs and famous longaniza de Graus were cooked impeccably, juicy and smoky. After a 5k run, the smoothies hit the spot. For almuerzo, I had freshly squeezed orange juice and a bocadillo de tortilla de patatas. You can bring your laptop to the terrace, where the wifi signal is stable and reaches well, and settle in with coffee and a napoletana pastry. The staff serve you with a smile and care. By comparison, neighbouring Rokola claims to offer a Michelin menu, but its service is like a chiringuito.

Maybe they were short staffed on Monday. We ordered drinks and then food, but the drinks didn't show up until we were halfway through the first course. The Longaniza con salsa de bourbon y verduras asadas arrived without any sauce and with just one red pepper. The meal felt a bit lacklustre.

If terrace service isn't available, at least put up a sign. Leaving people to guess sends a clear message about customer service. Why set out tables with menus and little plant pots if you can't spare the common courtesy to say you're short staffed? I know you can see me through the windows. It was just disrespectful.

On the way to the Pyrenees, we found their homemade meatballs, and they were really good quality. The kid is happy now. A woman, who I thought was the owner, went around asking each table if everything was okay. The place was nice and clean.
