We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, which had lovely views, and enjoyed the food throughout our stay. Every meal was full of flavor and felt like a real taste of the region. The staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, always ready to help, and the hotel was spotless, with an authentic Spanish feel. The setting in the mountains around Grazalema is beautiful. We also enjoyed exploring the village and nearby hiking trails. It was a peaceful stay with such welcoming service, and we’d love to come back.

The pool was great, and having the cafeteria right there made it easy to relax. The old building has some charm, but the bathrooms feel dated and the rooms are definitely too small for a family. Breakfast was bad. For the price, the quality was okay.

We stayed in one of the villas because we had our dog. They were a bit dated and run-down, and the internet came and went. The views were lovely, though. It’s a great spot for walking into Grazalema, the pool is fabulous, and everyone at the front desk and elsewhere was very nice. Front desk service was very good.

Everything suited our needs for a two-night stay. One thing to watch: if you're coming from Ronda, Google Maps may send you through Grazalema's narrow streets. It’s best to find the hotel in daylight.

My wife paid to have the room decorated and champagne waiting, but there were no decorations and the champagne was sitting in a bowl with four ice cubes. When we arrived, the first receptionist said our dog could stay. A different receptionist arrived later and refused, then became confrontational and rude. It was already 9 pm, and they wouldn’t refund us. Not worth it. There are better hotels in the area.
