The room was excellent, and the location and property were great. Parking on site had been arranged in advance. One person was running the place; they were very helpful, though they didn’t speak English. The shower and toilet room had nowhere to hang clothes or towels, so they had to go on the floor. The kettle had no coffee, tea, or water supplied. Some of the advertised facilities weren’t working. Also, the hotel’s name didn’t match the name on the booking.

We had lunch there with my wife and her family. The restaurant is part of a rural hotel, with a lovely setting and a large yard where you can eat. The food was well prepared, with quality ingredients, and the service was attentive. It’s modern Spanish cooking at fair prices, and a good option outside the Madrid area.

Juan Carlos was always attentive to what we needed and happy to chat, which made us want to come back. The hotel has a lot of charm, and the rooms are modest but very comfortable. The restaurant looked lovely, though it was closed during our visit. We hope it opens soon. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful town, and a great choice for a few relaxing days in Guadarrama 🤍
