Alannia Guardamar Resort

We were there over a busy public holiday weekend in May, staying in our large caravan. The pitches were a good size, the toilet block was very clean, and the showers were excellent, with no push buttons.

The food was delicious, both from the menu and at the buffet, and the chef was so friendly. The restaurant and bar staff were welcoming too, especially Vicente, who was wonderful with our kids and gave us 10/10 attention. Alina and Sabina at the breakfast restaurant were kind and friendly as well. We’ve been coming back for a few years because the kids love it, especially at Halloween. The animation staff are amazing and put so much effort into making things special for the children. We recommend Alannia resort, especially Guardamar, to families. It’s the best for the kids, and we’ll be back soon!

Alannia Guardamar feels like a home away from home to me. I’m comfortable there and love spending every winter there. The staff all help make it that way: reception gives you a warm welcome, the bar team are always happy to serve you, and the chef even comes out to ask if you enjoyed the food. Maintenance is always available if something goes wrong, and the cleaning ladies go about their work with a smile.

This was my first and last visit to Alannia in Guardamar del Saguro. I didn’t have a good experience. The outdoor pool was very cold, though the juice and coffee at breakfast were nice. Each time I went for breakfast, there was less food available. I paid 1000 pounds for a bungalow and breakfast for the whole week, but didn’t feel good about the stay or have a good time there. The reception staff need more training in how to speak with customers. I did have a great holiday away from the Guardamar del Saguro Alannia hotel.
