The first-floor terrace is a nice touch. It’s a great hostel-style place with private rooms and shared bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is clean, practical, and well organised, and the bathrooms are spacious and clean.

The terrace is pleasant, and the hostel is clean with plenty of hot water. But the service let us down. We wanted to visit Graciosa and catch the boat, but check-in was too late for our plans. We asked if we could leave our luggage at the hostel and were told we couldn’t, and should leave it where we bought the island tickets. They wouldn’t keep our suitcases there either, so we were really disappointed with the hostel’s service.

The port is right nearby, with the La Graciosa Ferries just across the road. Inside, it’s nicely finished and the rooms are cozy. Everything was very clean, and the host made the online check-in and information easy. There are several restaurants close by, plus a supermarket within walking distance. The rooftop terrace was a nice extra.
