A huge apartment for the price, and it was clean and well maintained. Good location.

The owner is friendly, and the central location is the best part. But the apartment was quite expensive once we added the €12-a-day paid parking and €10 a day for the dog. Getting the car into the garage also meant taking out the pet carrier. There’s no air conditioning, and we were very hot. The listing says terrace, but it’s an interior courtyard with ugly walls and no view. The bathtub isn’t suitable for anyone with mobility issues, as I can confirm firsthand. Kitchen equipment is basic, and the two saucepans and three frying pans were impossible to cook with because everything stuck. There’s no dishwasher or oven either.

It’s larger than it appears, with a very spacious kitchen and living room, and a lovely patio terrace. Parking is awkward because the narrow street slopes down, but I’d still recommend the parking lot. Overall, it was fine.

The location made it easy to explore Haro and its main wineries without a car. Inside, the apartment was recently renovated, very spacious, and had a well-equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable beds. Covered private parking is available for €12 per night.
