The rooms were comfortable, the food tasty, and the service fantastic. With a central location too, it’s an excellent hotel. I’d stay again without hesitation.

The bedrooms were nice and the location very good, with good service at reception. Some breakfast items were awful, like the yogurt, orange juice, and cheese. Breakfast service was very poor too, the woman there never came over to offer coffee or anything. Parking is nearby rather than at the hotel. Finding it was confusing at first, but after using it once, it was easy.

Some rooms look out onto the main street and have nice views, good soundproofing, and blackout curtains. There’s a popular bar and restaurant attached to the hotel. It’s central, friendly, and professional, and a good place to stay when visiting Hondarribia. I can recommend it.

Breakfast was adequate, though I never quite figured out how to get a coffee. I was in a rush to get to work every morning, so maybe that was part of it! This is a great central place to stay, about a 15 minute walk from the beach and only around 5 minutes from the ferry to France. The boat costs 2 euros and takes about 4 minutes to cross.

We were in the fourth-floor apartments and had a great view of gorgeous Hondarribia. Zugaitz, the evening receptionist, was always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Great hotel in a great location. We’ll definitely come back.
