You can't beat the location, and the views are just as unbeatable. But the place is very run down. The old wooden parquet is badly worn and makes a huge amount of noise, especially at night when you're walking around. The microwave turntable support is broken, some curtains are missing or hanging down, and the pillows are so old they smell of scalp grease. The drains barely work, there is nowhere to hang towels in the bathrooms, and the locks are unreliable. The owners should put money into maintenance instead of just lining their pockets. The attic is practically unusable, more like a storage room. Such a shame given those views.
