Braulio and Pilar were perfect hosts and made us feel at home straight away. The accommodation was beautiful and immaculate, with a lovely pool. It’s in a fantastic spot for reaching Cabaneros national park.

The cleanliness was off the charts, and the sheets and towels were spotless. El Cantueso is a beautiful, well thought out house with everything you might need. Pilar and Braulio are lovely hosts and are there whenever you need something. It’s ideal if you want some peace and quiet. I’ve already visited twice and will definitely return.

The house was cozy and clean, with everything we needed, and we had the best vacation. The surroundings were wonderful for a few days with the kids and our pet. Thanks to Braulio and Pilar for the thoughtful breakfast touches, and especially to Pilar for the dessert. I’d love to get the recipe!

Pilar puts such care into every little detail that you really feel at home. The mattresses and sheets were the best of all, almost as if she’d ironed them right there. The country house is also remarkably well equipped, from the kitchenware and cutlery to the dishes and glasses, and it’s exceptionally clean. We’ll come back for sure. The area is lovely for walks.

The saltwater pool was marvelous, with a great size and temperature, plus spectacular views of the Toledo Mountains. We also loved the comfortable rooms and the terrace, where it was nice to sit and chat with friends or family. The owners were super friendly and gave us a welcome gift of red wine and homemade dessert. A wonderful rural house, and I’d happily repeat the experience.
