Miluna

The bubble was lovely, with a nice view, a good bed, and an amazing jacuzzi, though it was a little broken 😂. It felt really private, and the idea behind the place is great. We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner brought to us in the bubble, and the food was delicious and sourced locally. We came to celebrate my birthday and had a really relaxing, unusual stay. The service let the experience down in a few ways. We’d paid for one type of bubble but were given a cheaper one. Staff said their system showed that booking and they couldn’t help, and there was no compensation. Dinner arrived 40 minutes later than agreed. Apparently it isn’t served before 20:30, but the receptionist hadn’t mentioned that and had agreed to 20:00. We also found a KitKat in the minibar that had expired two months earlier. The restaurant food was ordinary, nothing special, and could have been better. The staff were nice, and the concept is wonderful, but for what we paid we expected much better service. What bothered us most was that nobody properly resolved our problems.

The food made the stay even better. They brought both breakfast and dinner to our bubble, so we could enjoy them in peace, and everything was delicious and came from local suppliers. My boyfriend and I went for my birthday and had a really relaxing, unique time. We’d definitely recommend the experience!

A bit of a drive from Madrid, but worth the trip. The tent room had a lovely romantic feel, and although the place is small, it was clean and the staff were helpful.

The food was very good, but the rest of the stay was an awful experience. We travel internationally a lot for both work and holidays, and this was our first time trying a globe. Miluna doesn’t seem set up to make it comfortable. We visited in April and it was freezing. The only heating was plug-in fan heaters, so noisy when left on all night that you needed earplugs. The hotel even provides them, which says a lot. You can see the stars, though light pollution gets in and they try to block it with hedging. The fan noise completely spoils the atmosphere. The globes are very small and awkward to get into, and the surrounding area isn’t one of Spain’s best. The local wine was cheap and questionable.
