Aparthotel Sercotel Suites Huesca

The toilet was leaking and the room felt rather worn. There were no facilities included, and using the kitchen meant paying extra. I didn't expect that from an apartment hotel.

The staff are nice, but the hotel feels cheap, and there's always something in the room that isn't working.

I'm giving one star because zero isn't an option. This was a terrible stay, and I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. The apartment didn't even have basic things for an ordinary stay: no microwave, broom, mop or clothesline. Its condition was deplorable too. The bathroom ceiling and bathtub were broken, as were the blinds. It took over a week to get those fixed, and even now air still comes through the window in the middle of winter. The extractor fan didn't work, and several lights were missing, including on the balcony. One bedroom had no doorknob or wardrobes. The other bedroom's door kept jamming and was extremely hard to open. Whenever we reported a fault, it took ages for anyone to come, and the repairs were only half-hearted. There's also a blonde woman on staff who was extremely rude. She came into the apartment without warning or greeting us, acting superior and showing no respect for the guests. The management was very poor, maintenance was practically nonexistent, and the treatment was unprofessional.

Getting any peace or sleep here was out of the question. Students from the football school across the street stay at this aparthotel, and the kids were unbearable, shouting, playing loud music, banging and slamming doors. Don't try telling them to stop, either, because they get aggressive. I called reception about it several times, but management did nothing. One day we even had to call the police because of their inaction and the students' disrespect toward other guests. My apartment was also very basic for cutlery, and there wasn't a broom. I had to ask for a clothesline. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to sleep, rest or have some peace and quiet.
