We visited in mid-April and had a lovely holiday. The complex was clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and obliging. The apartments were wonderful, especially the ones with spectacular sea views. There's a very nice pool, too. The setting is amazing, right on a lovely beach, with good restaurants nearby. Ibiza Old Town is walkable or a short cab ride away. The area felt safe and nice, and it was quiet in April, though I understand summer gets very busy. I'm already looking at coming back in October.

Our corner room facing the ocean was very spacious and had everything we needed. The view was great, the location was handy, and it was good value. We mostly needed somewhere to sleep and shower since we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The room wasn't dirty, but it wasn't spotless and could have been cleaner. The front desk staff could also have been friendlier. If you're not spending much time in your room, I'd recommend it for the space and ocean view.

The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast was lovely, and we had a gorgeous sea view. The staff were helpful, the hotel is close to the airport, and the location is great. It had everything we needed. I'd recommend it and would return.

I'm disappointed with the service. I told the hotel well in advance that we were celebrating my birthday and that having a nice balcony view mattered to us. Instead, they put us in the farthest room on the lowest floor. I'm sure not every room is occupied here in the off-season.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and spacious, with all the kitchen essentials we needed, and the view was beautiful. A special thanks to Lourdes, who was amazing and made our visit even better. Highly recommend!
