The mixed dorm at the end of the hall gets fantastic natural light. Everything was super clean, and the staff were very helpful. There's no shared area, so it feels more like communal living than a hostel. No kitchen or microwave either, but there is a kettle and plenty of free tea and coffee.

The rooms were okay and the bathrooms were too, but it was far too hot in there and there's no air conditioning. Daily cleaning also meant something happened to the towel I had left to dry. The staff were friendly, which made what happened even harder to understand. Two friends came in for exactly 3.7 minutes to help me carry some things. We were quiet, but a man on the intercom said he was going to call the police. I called one of the staff to ask what was going on, while my friends were literally waiting outside the room for 3.7 minutes. Neither staff member could speak English, so I couldn't get the situation across and felt powerless. This had just happened when I wrote this, so I'm not sure whether they called the police. It was too hot and strange an experience for me to stay again.

The host was unresponsive when I contacted them on WhatsApp after arriving, which was odd since there's no reception desk in the building. The room and washroom were dirty, with no cleanliness at all. Worst hostel experience I've had.

A pleasant hostel in a handy spot, close to the port and the famous landmark of Dalt Vida. There are lots of amenities nearby too.
