The rooms are pretty basic and could use a bit of updating, even just some paint. The pillows weren’t great either. But the place is close to everything in town, and it’s easy to get around. The staff are what make it, though. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everyone working there was pleasant and helpful. MARIE at the front desk was especially kind, and her recommendations were spot on. She’s a fantastic employee.

The location is fantastic, especially for the price, and I’d happily stay here again if I return to Ibiza. I spent about five days here on my own and felt safe and welcome as a woman travelling alone. The staff were polite and caring, and whenever I had a concern they tried to find a solution. My room was lovely, clean, and had a window, plus its own sink, which came in handy. The shared bathroom was no issue either. It’s used by just one other room and cleaned every day. I’d recommend experiencing the place for yourself. Thanks for such a nice stay!

The walls are the one thing I’d complain about. They’re so thin that you can hear almost everything outside your room. Aside from that, it’s a really nice place with great facilities, a fantastic location, and great staff. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Mirko and Maria were especially helpful. Thank you!

I needed somewhere safe and clean as a solo traveller before an early flight, with a central spot and helpful staff so I could get around. That’s what I found here. The building and room were clean, and towels and linen were provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it felt safe for women travelling alone. The location is excellent, close to the marina, taxis, the city centre, and the airport. Prices can feel out of line with the quality, mainly in (mid)-season. My other concerns are bed bugs and the lack of soundproofing. If you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t consider this place, even with earplugs. Ibiza has long nights, and getting little sleep at night is a real possibility, with partying and one night stands and all that.
