This is my favorite hotel, and the location is unbelievable. It's not cheap, but I think it's worth it. A fun detail: at the 5 star restaurant, the menu of the day with carpaccio, beef tartare, and cheesecake was 35EUR per person. I doubt you could get that price at another restaurant.

A quiet little gem in Ibiza's Old Town, away from the noisy nightlife. My room was comfortable and peaceful, the breakfast was exquisite, and the staff were very kind. Special thanks to Virginia and Marta at reception for being so helpful.

We came back on Sunday because dinner had been so memorable, and I still can't stop thinking about the croquetas. Probably the best I've ever had, and I've had plenty! The food and the people behind it make this place a gem. We first dined here for our 13th anniversary during our stay in Ibiza. The restaurant, which was recommended by Michelin, is set within the beautiful historic walls of Dalt Vila, with stunning views. The atmosphere felt refined but relaxed, elegant without being pretentious. The staff welcomed us warmly and took the couple of allergies we mentioned very seriously. They went out of their way to keep us safe without taking away from the experience. The Mediterranean food was divine, with each dish full of character and beautifully made. Huge thanks to the chef for the creativity and execution. We were surprised with an extra dessert and a Yerbas toast for our anniversary, a thoughtful touch that made the evening even more special. Thanks too to the lovely hotel receptionist, whose name we sadly didn't catch. She went the extra mile to help create a magical atmosphere. We'll absolutely be coming back.
