One Ibiza Suites

We had an amazing time and will definitely return. The rooftop pool and its sea view are breathtaking. Our room was clean and had all the amenities, and the staff were friendly. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived.

The rooftop pool and bar made our stay even better, with exceptional service, great cocktails and really yummy food. The location was convenient for the beach, shopping and clubs, and we could walk to lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was bigger and better than we expected, with an amazing view. It fit four adults perfectly, one couple and two singles. A 10/10 hotel experience. Can’t wait to stay at Hotel One Ibiza Suites again.

I left my £700 headphones in the room when I checked out. When I returned, staff said they weren’t there, but Find My Phone was on and synced with the headphones, so I could see they were at the hotel. Then they suddenly remembered seeing them and said the maintenance man had them. He told me he wasn’t sure where he’d put them, even though I could only have left them the day before. Strange. A staff member said “lots of people go in and out of this room,” implying someone might have taken the headphones out. I was visibly upset about my belongings going missing, but they pretty much escorted me out. Awful experience with the staff. If you stay here, don’t leave valuables in the room unless they’re in a safe.

Make sure to choose a room with a good view. Our first one faced the back of the hotel and was absolutely horrible 😂, but we later changed to a room with a beach balcony. The hotel has a pool and a gym. The gym is small but not bad, and the pool is okay. Breakfast food was great. It’s near the beach, the town center isn’t far, and there’s a nice jet ski area about 10 minutes away. The rooms are good, and I honestly had a great experience. I’d recommend it if you’re planning to go to clubs and stay near the city.
