Sunrise Suites

A package I’d arranged to have delivered and held until check-in never reached me because the staff said they’d accept it but didn’t. It ended up taking three months to come back by ship. The ants in the bathroom were dealt with using only bug spray, the air conditioning was useless and the shower leaked. Overall, I don’t recommend it.

I was naked after showering when the reception guy came into our room without knocking, opened the door and started shouting at us to get ready quickly. He stood in the doorway looking at me and telling us to leave. I told him I was naked and to go away. He said sorry, but stayed there anyway. I’m never coming back. Completely unprofessional and very rude. And in response to the hotel: I do not ever dry my hair, because it’s curly and I’d ruin it. The claim that I was drying my hair and wasn’t naked is a lie. I was naked.

We’re so glad we booked these apartments. They were exactly what we wanted: self-catering, clean and modern, with a gorgeous view, a great shower and friendly service. The beach, shops, old town and clubs are all very close. I’ll definitely book again when I’m back in Ibiza.

A brand new, very nice apartment with everything jou need, plus a lovely sea view. Ibiza-town isn’t too dat away, and having the swimming pool at White Apartments 200 meters away is definitely a plus. Great quality for a good price.
