Bahía Apartments

We spent 9 days here and had a great apartment. The decoration was lovely, the view was great, and the balcony was stunning. The bed was amazing, and the shower gel is now my favorite. Thanks so much for having us!

The apartment was beautiful, but we ran into a few inconveniences. We weren't told in advance that getting to apartment 5 meant using a spiral staircase, which made both arrival and departure awkward. We were also directed to park at a lot down the stairs on another street. While we were there, they asked if an air conditioner technician could check the equipment. We agreed on a time, but it changed at the last minute, so we cancelled the visit altogether. The customer service wasn't good.

At €342 a night, I expected a relaxing stay. Instead, the hot water lasted only 30 seconds, the bedroom had no Wi-Fi coverage, and I had to use mobile data for everything. The shared terrace was constantly occupied and had no lock, which didn't feel comfortable. The parking information was wrong, and there were tiny insect visitors in the kitchen, at least they didn't charge extra. The host replied with copy-paste messages, so I wondered if I was dealing with a bot. If you want adventure, mystery, and surprises for over 300 Euros a night, this could be your place. Otherwise, maybe not.

The staff made our stay memorable, always friendly, attentive, and ready with help or recommendations. We felt welcome and at home from the moment we arrived, and had an incredible 9-night stay at Bahia Luxury Apartments in Tenerife. The apartments were modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities we needed. We loved having coffee on the spacious balcony in the morning with those lovely views. The pool area was well maintained and a relaxing spot to unwind each day. The location was also great, close to beautiful beaches, local restaurants, and attractions. We'd highly recommend Bahia Luxury Apartments to anyone visiting Tenerife, and hope to return. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!
