Javier was attentive around the clock and welcomed us with a lovely gift. The eggs, cheese, and wine were outstanding. The house was spotless, very spacious, and had fantastic views. It’s a wonderful, luxurious place for a family with children, and ideal for four or five people. Highly recommended.

We could have stayed longer just to take in more of the beautiful corners of this fairytale region. Zugarramurdi, Lesaka, and Etxalar were all visitable, and the village itself has excellent food, especially the bean stew and chistorra sausage. The Sanctuary of San Juan Xar is a lovely walk away, too. Javier was the best host we could have asked for. His spectacular farmhouse and its surroundings made for an unbeatable couple of days. We loved unwinding in nature on the enormous terrace or by the fireplace with a glass of wine. Thanks so much, Javier, we’ll be back! 😜

The owner and local people are so friendly, and the setting is spectacular, with beautiful views and countless places to explore, wander, breathe, and enjoy life. The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos, very well cared for, and has everything you could need: a games room, kitchen-dining area, big living room, comfortable beds and pillows, terrace, garden, and barbecue. It’s fully equipped down to the kitchenware, cleaning supplies, towels, first-aid kit, and linens. You couldn’t ask for more.

Javier was quick to reply, kind, and generous. Thanks so much for a wonderful seven days in your house, Javier. It’s in the charming village of Yanci/Igantzi, with lovely valley views and lots of interesting places less than half an hour away by car. The house is in excellent condition, with quality furnishings, especially in the kitchen and living room. The bedrooms, living areas, bathroom, terrace, and garden are all very spacious. We’d definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommend it.
