I spent two weeks here on a work trip. It’s well placed, and I could get around on foot. Dinner was €15, which felt fair for the quality, and I enjoyed all the dishes. I’d recommended it to my colleagues.

We made good use of the pool during our few days here, and the little gym was handy too. The staff were nice and the service was great. Breakfast and the lunch menu were both good. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it 👌

We were stranded in Illescas after being unable to find a taxi, bus, or rideshare back to our Madrid hotel. The staff offered us a room at the last minute in the middle of the night, then helped arrange a taxi back to Madrid the next morning. They were extremely polite and helpful. The room was clean, the curtains kept it dark at night, and breakfast was included with a wide choice of food. They really saved us. 10/10 recommend.

The pool and gardens were lovely, like a little paradise. The place was kept tidy and clean, and the staff were meticulous and very helpful. The warm smiles at reception made us feel welcome. 10+, great job, keep it up.
