Bring something to eat, since the nearby restaurants aren't always open. The rooms are simple and traditional, with the important basics covered. It's quiet up in a gorgeous canyon, and the views are wonderful.

Up in the mountains, the location is awesome. The place isn't very modern, but it had everything we needed. The separate sheets and blankets on the beds were a bit of a struggle at night. I'd recommend it.

We enjoyed the peppers and pepper sausage most. The food overall was good, and so was the location, though we've had better meals at restaurants in Las Palmas. Some dishes, like the roasted pork, weren't prepared very nicely and didn't taste that good. The restaurant is set inside caves, but they looked a bit artificial.
