Rickaty Lodge Bed & Breakfast Guesthouse

Missing my flight turned into a fun little adventure, thanks to everyone here. They were happy to arrange an airport transfer for the time I needed, and were always nearby if anything came up. The bed was really comfortable, the room was spotless, and I didn't hear planes at night. Handy sockets by the bed, too, plus useful bathroom extras like cotton wool and shower gel. Breakfast was a generous help yourself continental spread, with complimentary tea and coffee. There were also drinks and a select menu during the day and evening, served on a lovely shaded roof terrace with loungers and a great spot for plane watching. Imre and Xenia gave me such a warm welcome, along with their lovely pets, whose names I’ve forgotten again!

We slept really well with the window shut, and the host was so kind. The rooms were the cleanest ever, and both dinner and breakfast were great. Nice place for a short stay, especially if you've got an early flight, arrive late at night, or miss your flight. You can watch planes taking off and landing, too.

We booked Rickaty Lodge B&B at the last minute after our flight was delayed. The host made us feel very welcome, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous and really good, and our host drove us to our final destination. We only wish we could give this little gem 10 stars. Many thanks from James & Deborah.

Everything was well organised from the beginning, and the airport pickup was smooth and easy. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We had a great time, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable in an ideal location. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, with plenty of choice and fresh ingredients. The beer was cold and delicious, too. Highly recommend it, and we'd definitely come back.
