SSA Camp Nou Apartments

The apartment move was chaotic and left me without answers to questions I asked. They asked us to move to a similar apartment in the same building, but the handover was so badly arranged that both of us went to the other apartment and found someone already there. Fifteen minutes later, he showed up at my door. We realized we were meant to swap, which made no sense, and started moving at the same time. Neither apartment was clean. After moving, I had to wait outside for four hours while ours was cleaned, and it still smelled bad, so I cleaned it again myself. The problems had started as soon as we arrived. The oven, TV, coffee machine, and refrigerator weren’t working, and there weren’t enough kitchen supplies for a proper stay. It took a while for someone to come fix things, so expect to lose at least a day. After the repair, I couldn’t adjust the refrigerator temperature and my food froze. A wardrobe door fell on my daughter and hurt her leg, the oven broke again, and the front door key broke too. I never got an answer about why the move was necessary or to my other questions during this whole nightmare. If you want a completely awful stay, this is the place.

The staff were very welcoming. You pick up the keys in the city center, and there’s private parking nearby or parking on the street. The metro is close, and the kitchen and living room are well equipped. There’s a balcony too. A wardrobe was broken, one sheet was stained, and part of the lower wall had a stain from mold.
