It’s a little oasis, close enough to the main road to find easily but completely quiet. The shower pressure was out of this world, and we had a decent, well-priced evening meal. The staff were helpful and lovely. Aurora checked us in, and Asier arranged takeaway coffee and breakfast for our departure. I speak Spanish, but they all tried to speak to me in English, which was so nice. We booked online during a trip from northern France to southern Spain. The hotel was reasonably priced and beautifully clean. We’re adding it to our list of places we must return to.

I missed the motorway exit and couldn’t use the hotel this time. I’m so sorry, and the extra driving left me exhausted. So I can’t give an honest, full review of this stay. I’m sure they’re great, though. I’ve used Kyriad before in France, where their simple, comfortable and restful accommodation is a godsend for solo travellers. I want to stay with them next time I’m in France, so I’m giving the Kyriad restful motels full stars ahead of that visit.

Beds were good, but breakfast was pretty basic. It’s a decent hotel for a stopover just across the border, nothing special.

The staff were great, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel works for an overnight stop, but the old, tired building has very basic rooms. Since lots of people use it as a stopover, there’s some noise at all hours.

The team were kind and quick to help, and the reception staff were especially helpful. The room was excellent, clean and well organized. It’s right off the motorway just after the Spanish border, so handy for a stop while driving through France. Avoid the restaurant if you’re hungry. The food was awful and expensive, and breakfast was even worse. I recommend eating somewhere else. The hotel itself is worth a stay.
