The reception team were incredibly helpful when I needed several favors with a FedEx delivery. They went out of their way each time, and I’m very grateful. The food was very good too, and the location is great. Thanks to everyone for such outstanding service.

The location was great, with restaurants, shops, a bakery, and transport nearby. We had a really good stay, and the staff were so helpful. They managed to accommodate our very early arrival, and later let us check out later than usual, which made things much easier for us.

We had a lovely, clean room and very helpful staff, with everything we needed close by. Breakfast had plenty of variety and gave us a good start before a day of walking around. We’d stay here again on a future visit.

A+ across the board. Great central spot, good rooms and beds, and lovely staff. We worried a little about the street-facing windows, but it was really quiet at night.

We use both the hotel and its cafeteria-restaurant. The service in the café-restaurant varies by employee, from very good to unkind, though it’s always correct. If her behavior continues, we’ll report her to management next time.
